I am conscientious, trustworthy and transparent. If I don’t fully understand what you need, I will ask the right questions. If a task is looking as though it may take more or less time than predicted, I will let you know in good time.
I fully understand how hard it can be to delegate, especially to someone you’re not sat next to. I’ll do whatever I can to ease your concerns and will always be accountable for my work and the time spent doing it.

I use a variety of systems for project management, to do list and time tracking:
Evernote; a shared notes system that enables myself and my clients to work from a ‘to-do’ list
Trello; a more in-depth system to allow for more complex project management
Toggl; a time tracker to keep my clients in the loop with how long tasks are taking
I am a Mac user (with extensive experience using PCs in my previous roles) and am adept with both Microsoft and G Suite packages.
I use Photoshop and Canva for image creation, Envato Elements and Twenty20 for image appropriation and WordPress (including the Elementor builder) or Wix for website amendments.
We can be in touch as little or as often as you’d like.
I can send daily, weekly or monthly Toggl reports if you find them useful and am happy to talk over the phone, via video call, email or WhatsApp.
I hold professional Indemnity Insurance and am registered with the ICO.
