I have no minimum requirements if you wish to pay by the hour. If you choose to hire me on a retainer (to ensure that I have time set aside for you each month) then the minimum is 3 hours per month.

I work Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 16:30 and my planned time off is displayed on my contact page.

I always like to kick things off with a face to face meeting if possible, or a video call if not.

We can then discuss the finer details in whichever way you wish.

Once we have decided on the way we would like to work together, I will send you a contract and a data processing agreement to sign via an online signing service – meaning no paperwork needs to be posted.

If you would like me to sign a contract or NDA of your own, I will sign that for you in whichever way you wish.

This is entirely up to you- some clients message back and forth, others I email and some I call.

I use simple shared note systems such as Trello to create to-do lists that we can both see and update, and I’m happy to send ’round up’ emails/provide Toggl (time tracking) reports of how my time was spent on a regular basis.

My clients can be as involved as they like and I can reduce my emails to a monthly update if that’s preferred.

AI is here to stay, and those who utilise it ethically and with complete transparency will stay ahead of the game.

However, I have no concerns about AI replacing copywriters. AI-generated copy can be spotted a mile off (by readers and Google alike).

I use AI very sparingly and never for writing prose. I occasionally use it to:

  • Ensure I have covered all the relevant points regarding a particular subject
  • Create a structure for a blog
  • Provide me with a succinct overview of a subject without needing to trawl Google searches

Effectively, I use it to speed up my processes but never to replace my own writing.

If you have any questions that aren’t listed above, or if you’d like more detail, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

I also have a short blog to answer some of the less obvious and possibly more awkward questions you may have- you can read it here.
